The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the benchmark the U.S. Department of Justice and the courts generally look to under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is not a one-time project, and we treat it as ongoing maintenance rather than a box that has been ticked.
What we have done
The site was reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA in July 2026. That review covered text contrast, keyboard access and focus order, heading structure, form labelling and error messaging, alternative text for images, page landmarks, and the ability to skip repeated navigation. Issues found in that review have been corrected across every page on this site.
Known limitations
Some blog posts published before 2026 contain images and third-party links carried over from our previous website. We are working through these. Content hosted by third parties — for example manufacturer specification sheets — is not under our control and may not meet the same standard.
