When your standby generator needs attention

A system that will not start, shows a fault code, misses its exercise cycle or does not supply the expected power needs an assessment of the installed system. Describe the symptom when you call. A diagnosis depends on the equipment and site; a phone conversation alone cannot establish which part or repair is needed.

We service permanently mounted home and commercial standby systems across our confirmed areas in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. We do not sell or service portable generators. For Generac or Kohler equipment we did not install, tell us the brand, model and previous service history.

What to have ready

  • Your service address and a number where the team can reach you.
  • The generator brand, model and serial number, if available.
  • The displayed fault message or code and when the problem started.
  • Whether utility power is available and what the generator did during the last outage or exercise cycle.
  • Any recent maintenance or repairs, and whether you have a maintenance plan with us.
  • Gate access or other arrangements needed for a visit.

Share information you already have; do not open electrical enclosures or work on fuel connections to collect it.

Request diagnosis or service

Call us or use the service-request form. Explain the issue and whether it is an existing fault, a maintenance request or a concern before a storm. The team will confirm scope, access and scheduling with you. Repair costs and parts needs depend on the diagnosis.

Call the office Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm Eastern. Weekend calls are answered by the team from 8am–7pm; outside those windows, our receptionist takes your request. The team confirms the visit schedule. After-hours phone answering does not mean immediate technician dispatch. Maintenance-plan members receive storm priority under their plan.

Help with a system another company installed

Our published Wellington customer story describes taking over an installation with unresolved permit and operating issues, correcting the problems and meeting inspectors. It is one customer’s experience, rather than a promise about your repair or timing. Read the customer stories.
