Choose the right next step

For an operating fault, see standby generator repair. Have the model, fault message, service address and history ready, especially when another installer carried out the original work. For a new generator or replacement, our installation assessment reviews loads, fuel supply and the work required at the property. Maintenance plans provide a separate path for routine care.

Tell us about property access, landscaping and association requirements before a visit. We handle electrical and gas work within the installation scope, with the approvals and inspections appropriate to the property. Portable generators are outside our service scope.

Service requests and scheduling

Call the office Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm Eastern. Weekend calls are answered by the team from 8am–7pm; outside those windows, our receptionist takes your request. The team confirms the visit schedule. After-hours phone answering does not mean immediate technician dispatch. Maintenance-plan members receive storm priority under their plan.
