Find a standby system for your property
We supply permanently installed standby equipment, with the Generac Next Gen and Generac Protector ranges in our current home lineup. Start with an on-site assessment of the panel, electrical loads and fuel supply. The team recommends equipment for the property and provides a fixed written quote.
Our installation service covers design, permitting, gas and electrical work within the agreed scope. Alternate Power Solutions is the standby-power division of Static Electric Company, founded in 1986. We operate from one headquarters and serve the confirmed South Florida service area.
Support for an existing Generac system
For an operating fault or a system installed by another company, use our repair service. Have the model, serial number, fault message, service history and property address ready if available. Diagnosis determines the work needed; dealer status alone does not establish a repair price, parts availability or visit time.
For ongoing care, compare maintenance plans. The team can explain the plan that applies to your equipment and the scheduling arrangements. We do not sell or service portable generators.
Speak to the team
Call the office Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm Eastern. Weekend calls are answered by the team from 8am–7pm; outside those windows, our receptionist takes your request. The team confirms the visit schedule. After-hours phone answering does not mean immediate technician dispatch. Maintenance-plan members receive storm priority under their plan.
