A county hub for finding the right service

Our headquarters is in West Palm Beach. The confirmed service-area list names the places we serve, based on the team’s coverage confirmation. Give us your address and the type of service you need so we can confirm coverage and visit availability.

Read the local pages for West Palm Beach, Wellington Palm Beach Gardens, Port St. Lucie and Boca Raton. Each is served by the same business. Give us the full address so we can confirm the job location and scheduling.

Installation, repair or ongoing care

Installation starts with an on-site review of the panel, loads and fuel supply and a fixed written quote. Repair starts with the symptom and the installed system, including supported equipment installed by others. Maintenance plans cover scheduled care and plan-specific storm priority. We do not sell or service portable generators.

Standby generator installation across Palm Beach County

We install permanent standby generators across the 57 Palm Beach County places on our confirmed service-area list, from Tequesta and Jupiter in the north to Boca Raton in the south, and west to Wellington, Royal Palm Beach and The Acreage. Every job runs from our West Palm Beach headquarters under one licensed company: electrical licence EC13002031 and gas contractor licence #24513. The electrical connections and the natural-gas or propane work sit in the same written scope as the generator, pad and transfer switch.

The order of work is the same in every town. We assess the panel, the loads you want backed up and the fuel supply. We then recommend a Generac Next Gen, Generac Protector or Kohler home standby system and issue one fixed written quote. Design and permitting come before installation day. The installation page sets out each step.

Which office reviews the permit

Palm Beach County’s Planning, Zoning & Building department takes building permit applications and inspection requests through its online ePZB portal. Cities in the county can run their own permitting: West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens do, and our West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens pages link their portals. The property address, not the mailing address, decides which authority reviews the job.

Customer accounts from around the county

Published customer accounts on our local pages include a Frenchman’s Reserve installation in Palm Beach Gardens, a Wellington takeover from another installer and a second opinion in Boca Raton. Each describes one home, not a forecast for yours.

Plan for your actual property

Permitting authority and site requirements depend on the property. Tell the team about any survey, association conditions, access restrictions and existing fuel equipment. Municipal rules should be checked with the correct authority; one town’s requirements do not stand in for the whole county.

Speak to the team

Call the office Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm Eastern. Weekend calls are answered by the team from 8am–7pm; outside those windows, our receptionist takes your request. The team confirms the visit schedule. After-hours phone answering does not mean immediate technician dispatch. Maintenance-plan members receive storm priority under their plan.
